I’m a DONA trained postpartum birthworker serving all families in and around Asheville, North Carolina.

The early days and weeks following the arrival of a new baby or babies can be both magical and tumultuous, and I am here to support postpartum families as they adapt and learn to thrive in their new normal. I can offer support by providing baby or sibling care, preparing a meal, completing light household chores, running errands, or offering a listening ear for emotional support.

I am committed to supporting pregnant and birthing people of all cultures, abilities, gender identities, religions, and sexual orientations. All families are welcome here.
